Martha
Hollis:
After
writing the incredible travel book, The
International Breakfast Book (Macmillan, 1997), Martha has returned
to eating lunch and dinner. Her travel and cuisine writing runs from
haute to boat to soap.
For
the last six years, she has been traveling the globe as international
contributing editor for Culinary Trends magazine
evaluating haute cuisine. On the waters she scribed a national magazine
column for Powerboat Provisioning. And one of her popular books
is Cooking
with the Young and Restless, the longest-running soap opera
on television, now in its twenty-fifth year.
Martha is ecstatic
that she finally found a real-world use for her Ph.D. in Decision and
Information Sciences and her training as a professional chef. Do not
miss her book,
Culinary Secrets of Great Virginia Chefs.
She also freelances
travel, food, and technology features for Destinations, Boating for
Women, Simply Seafood, Essentially American (London), Penthouse,
National Culinary Review, US News & World Report New Media.

her forthcoming travel and food books and visit her at www.travellady.com
